Born Integrated Construction

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Employee SMS Notification program provided by Born Integrated Construction LLC (“Born Integrated Construction,” “Born,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By voluntarily enrolling in the Employee SMS Notification program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Description of the SMS Program

Born Integrated Construction provides optional SMS text notifications to employees for employment-related administrative and employee-account communications.

Messages may include:

• Initial time-clock enrollment and registration instructions
• Time-clock account setup or verification information
• Important employee account notifications
• Notifications regarding changes or updates to an employee profile
• Confirmation of employee-requested profile changes
• Administrative notifications requiring employee attention

This SMS program is intended for employee account and administrative communications and is not used to send advertising or promotional marketing messages.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

Participation in the Employee SMS Notification program is voluntary.

Employees must affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages by completing Born Integrated Construction's SMS enrollment process and providing a valid mobile telephone number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.

Employees who do not consent to SMS notifications may contact Born Integrated Construction management or the office to receive applicable time-clock enrollment information and employee account communications through another available method.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on employee account activity.

Employees may typically receive between 1 and 4 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent when an employee requests an account or profile change, when an important account change occurs, or when action is required regarding an employee account.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging, data, and other applicable charges may apply to messages sent or received through this program.

Born Integrated Construction is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages from Born Integrated Construction at any time by replying:

STOP

After submitting a STOP request, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages from the Employee SMS Notification program unless you subsequently enroll again.

Other commonly recognized opt-out keywords may include:

• END
• CANCEL
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• QUIT

Employees who opt out may still receive employment-related information through other appropriate communication methods.

6. Re-Enrolling

If you previously opted out and wish to receive SMS notifications again, you may complete Born Integrated Construction's SMS enrollment process again or, where supported, reply:

Enrollment remains subject to verification and applicable consent requirements.

8. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating wireless carriers and telecommunications providers.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Born Integrated Construction does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received at a particular time.

9. Employee Responsibility

Employees participating in the program are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate mobile telephone number
• Keeping their mobile number current with Born Integrated Construction
• Maintaining access to the mobile device associated with the enrolled number
• Promptly notifying Born Integrated Construction if their telephone number changes or is reassigned to another person

Employees should not provide a telephone number they do not own or are not authorized to use.

10. Privacy

Born Integrated Construction respects the privacy of employees participating in the SMS program.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, technology service providers, and other vendors when reasonably necessary to operate and support the Employee SMS Notification program.

11. Changes to the SMS Program

Born Integrated Construction may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Employee SMS Notification program when reasonably necessary.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued participation in the program following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
