How Employees Consent to SMS Notifications

1. During employee onboarding, Born Integrated Construction LLC provides employees with an SMS Authorization Form in English or Spanish.
2. Employees voluntarily select YES or NO regarding recurring employee SMS notifications.
3. Employees provide their mobile number and sign the authorization form.
4. Authorized management personnel upload the signed paper form into the employee's secure BIC FieldOps profile.
5. After the employee has authorized the initial confirmation message, BIC FieldOps sends a confirmation text in their selected language.
6. The employee replies YES (English) or SI (Spanish) to confirm enrollment.
7. After receiving the affirmative response, BIC FieldOps activates recurring employee SMS notifications.
8. Employees may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.

Types of Messages

Employees who have consented may receive:

• Clock-in and clock-out reminders
• Missed time entry notifications
• Timesheet correction notifications
• Timesheet approval updates
• Employee account and workforce management notifications

These messages are non-marketing and are not advertising or promotional.

Login Verification Codes

Separately, employees may request one-time SMS verification codes when signing into BIC FieldOps. Requesting a verification code does not automatically enroll an employee in recurring notifications.
